This channel is specifically for Halloween, Thanksgiving, and fall/autumn. I will be primarily active during June-November. However, I am now posting year round again.
I do NOT update video descriptions. The status of an item can change any given year, and I own hundreds of props. That’s way too much to keep up with, so consider the video descriptions a time capsule of the year they were posted.

Gemmy 2006 Animated Singing Halloweenies Black Cat
This is probably the rarest of the Halloweenies line. Maybe the skeleton is harder to find, I’m not sure. I bought this from a friend recently for a very reasonable price considering its rarity, as well as still having its original box. Just had to fix the mouth movement and activation button. Plays “Mahna Mahna” from The Muppets. Made by Gemmy Industries in 2006, exclusively at CVS Pharmacy.

This I got at a thrift store a bit more recently than my other Thanksgiving items I posted videos of in the past few weeks. I found it amongst the other toys there instead of the seasonal section. They’re pretty past Halloween stuff at this point anyway. Plays “Celebration” by Kool & The Gang. Made by DanDee in 2020, exclusively at Walmart.

Here is the other item I got from that second CVS location for 70% off. Both sets were $6 each. I don’t like these as much as the eyeballs, but I will say that there aren’t too many spider string lights. These ones are also particularly pretty big, making them a bit more unique. The lights look blue, but they are actually white. Made by Fenguto in 2023-present, exclusively at CVS Pharmacy.

I went to a different CVS location today. They had a bit more things compared to the last one, this time reducing everything to 70% off. This is one the two items I got. They’re honestly pretty neat. The overall concept reminds me a lot of late 2000s/early 2010s Gemmy. Particularly their own line of musical string lights. Made by Fenguto in 2023-present, exclusively at CVS Pharmacy.

Ever since 2022, this has been my favorite modern Gemmy series. Every single one of the pumpkins are filled with so much character and detail. Obviously this year they added skulls to the mix. I don’t think they’re as good as the original three pumpkins, especially not the little one, but are far from unlikeable. I can’t wait to see what new variants Gemmy has in store for 2025!

This is going to be my last Target item. This time around it was $3. The skull on this one is the exact same sculpt as the reaper doorbell. Though I’m not sure why that one had a moving mouth, while this one doesn’t. I thought SVI was supposed to be producing the less cheaply made items for Target. Here is the second item I got from Target for 90% off. It too was also $1 total. There isn’t anything too special about this one as it doesn’t play any audio, but I do like the design. In my opinion, the only thing Target cooked with this year was the neon green skulls. Everything else was trash. Made by Pan Asian Creations, new for 2024.

I’m honestly pretty surprised that Target has already reduced their Halloween decorations to 90% off. I got this for about a dollar, alongside a few other things. This is one of the less terrible items that they have this year. Not a fan of the audio, but I like the plants and little mushrooms amongst the internal scenery. It’s insane how hard to find this one is considering it was at Target I haven’t seen a single one for sale in a good 7 or 8 years anywhere. Idk much about the other holidays, but for Halloween I’d say a 5/10. Very hit or miss. Some great items, but a lot of duds. Nothing horrendously bad though
