LC10 has great hip-fire. I realize that you are set on ADS, but seriously try the hip fire loadouts s well. I am sure you will get nice kiLLstreaks on those as well.

You will rack up kills faster in HC, but yes you can definitely use this loadout and destroy people on standard mode.

can you recommend this for fast flex sight or have you not tried it yet? Your Bullfrog setup was great for fastflex.
I can't recommend it yet, but later down the road I will definitely have to give that a try. I loved the Fastflex sight on the Bullfrog.
