Only had garage today and I tried this method for the 1st time and it totally worked!! No other adjustments done! I'm short so the sticker method definitely was not working for me. In garage i did cutting early and adjusted my steering to left, which made me pass .

Today was my rta parking test and I passed the garage parking using this method. Great idea sir and I don't have words to thank you❤
I will be honest. I followed this video as much as i could but still i was too much on my left. I still managed to pass by going forward. It cost me 2 points. I recommend to pratice a bit how to avoid dry steering. Personally i first moved slowly forward without moving the steer then once the car was moving i adjusted the car. Once i was ready i changed to reversed and again moved back slowly without moving the steer. Once it was moving i ajdjusted the car to park it and it worked. But please make sure not to do any other mistake.
Passed my garage using the side mirror reference point! It works especially if you are short. Driving as slow as you can is crucial for it to work! Thanks for this video 👍🏼
I always used the sticker method.. And tomorrow is my test and I saw now that the side mirror method can also be used but I don't want to use it for the 1st tym in the test and mess up

Thanks for the information. First attempt i cleared all the parking except for garage and after watching ur video i pass it on my second attempt.. After using the sticker on the right back view i réalisé i cut too late and before touching the yellow line i move a little ahead and did a slow reverse and boom that was it...cleared.

Did you turn right just before it disappeared as shown in video or once it disappeared
@@mohammadhassan8287 as soon as it disappeared from the mirror be quick to turn completely. Don't be slow there be very alert the immediate time the curve disappeared from the mirror is when you have to immediately and quickly turn ur handle completely.
This is best and easiest way don't bother with the way the instructions are given by the teachers it's useless this is 100 percent accurate.

@@rubybelen7933 actually it didn’t .. because I needed to practice before I could use this method .. so I failed and practiced what my instructor taught me the sticker thing .. and once my judgment was right .. I did it perfectly . PS : your instructor should know what he is doing .. try to opt for a senior instructor.

Oh my god, thankfully I found this video during my lessons. Today the instructor told me about sticker method which is borderline horrendous. I kept seeing 2 lines in the back because I tried so hard positioning the sticker to the corner of the left line and back line. I hope I could use this trick in my next lesson. Will keep you all updated. F*ck stickers, I hate stickers from today onwards.
I just failed mine today with the Sticker reference. It can change a lot if your seating is not consistent..
I will try this method as a second check.

Today I went for my garage parking when I started parking I saw my car was entering in the center of white line.i did adjustement but my car touched the yellow line. When I started parking I considered reference point even though it touched line. Can you please suggest what to do if this happens again

Really helpful
The best way to pass if you are struggling is to give up on the two minor points and move the car forward before hitting any hard lines. No dry steering. Once you move forward, your car is straighter and then it is a piece of cake. Otherwise, you will continue for multiple attempts.

Agreed - yes it's accepted look into the parking paper there's a row for additional reverse under garage parking but make sure you don't dry steer. Once you put into D let the tyre slowly start moving then adjust .....again after putting in R wait for the tyre movement then adjust and go back in comfortably.
The late cutting scenario in the video shows that the car has passed the solid white line. But as per the rules you need you reverse and adjust even before touching the white line isnt it?

Wil I be allowed to keep the side mirror as reference in garage parking coz my instructor refused to give me this reference while training. I even asked them that I am short and it’s almost difficult for me to match the behind mirror and the parking lane. this tutorial sounds more helpful than their training. I m going to give my parking test after 2 days so fingers crossed. N thank u for this info

Brother during the girej parking we can go front and agin put reverse gair and come back?
You can do that once provided you dont do any other minor mistakes. Technically we get -2 points for any minor mistakes and we are allowed to maximum 1 minor mistakes per parking.
