Finale to Piano Concerto in G Minor, Mendelssohn, performed by Carmen Carrozza 1995

Carmen (1921-2013) was one of my top accordion idols. I was very excited to meet him & even record 3 of his concerts (1995/96/98). I miss this likeable artist very much and want to share several more performances of his; enjoy. The orchestra is the "Westmont Philharmonia Accordion Orchestra" of Philadelphia, U.S.A. under the direction of Stanley Darrow (1935-2018).

Thank you for posting these spectacular examples of what, who, and how a pyrotechnic performer(s) can accomplish. These accordionists demonstrate how much the accordion can do. All of these recent videos keeps the accordion from becoming the butt of every joke! We need to see more of this!

Carmen Carrozza did. Yes it’s available
