This is the best lesson on the planet! I LOVE organs... Hammonds... Pipe Organs... Principles... Regals... everything! I love everything from Medieval Music... to Deep Purple. Coming from a rock background... I've found it very difficult to learn those big, beautiful transitions that are all over gospel and liturgical church music. This is such an easy to understand stepping-stone to get better at making my organ... sound like an organ. This channel is the best!!!
Awesome. So cool. I just use the organ sound on my keyboard, you know, the classic one handed piano player playing the organ, but that riff is genius. It's so easy. I never thought of that. You're the best!
I play keyboard but don't really enjoy or get much out of music theory, and I usually grow bored and turn off instructional YT vids. However, I've just watched a couple of your vids, and the practical ideas I've found in them are great and make a lot of sense to me. Cheers!
Wow this has opened my eyes in ways I didn't expect truly awesome stuff! Just wow😲 I found this channel roughly a month ago and I'm addicted, all I have to do now is to scrape together the money for the lifetime course. Don't get me wrong it's all well worth the money atleast as far as I've seen from your RUclips videos. Can't wait to meet Pierre Swärd,Anders Olsson and Max Lorentz again who I've worked alot with as a sound engineer and show them all the chops I've learned from you😀
Great to hear!! So happy the content is helping your playing :). Send me an email on my website and I will send you a discount code for lifetime! All the best. M
They are preset keys that you can push to get pre programmed sounds, that way you don't have to use the drawbars if you don't know how! You can also save your drawbar settings to them if you want. Hope this answers your question!!
I love Australia!! Thanks for the kind words Andrew. Send me an email at universeofkeys@gmail.com and I will save you some cash on the membership. Best :). Mike.
It's basically a Plagal (amen) Cadence with a 6. BTW - Love your videos!
Thank you!!
OMG, So simple, just what I was looking for instead of hanging on a chord with everyone else!
The great tricks are often simple :) Thanks for watching Paul!!
Both you playing, your humor and your Hammond sound is outstanding 🙂
Thank you very much for this kind comment!! Thank you for watching my channel :)
