سنہ 2000 میں نیب کے ادارے کو قائم کیا گیا اس کے بعد ہر حکومت نے نیب کو اپنے مخالفین کے خلاف انتقامی کارروائی کے لئے استعمال کیا ہر اپوزیشن نے اقتدار میں آنے سے پہلے نیب کے ادارے کو ختم کرنے کا اعلان کیا مگر وہی اپوزیشن اقتدار میں آنے کے بعد صرف چوں چوں کرتی پائی جاتی ہیں مگر نیب کے ادارے کو ختم نہیں کر سکیں آخر کیوں اور کس وجہ سے؟ کچھ تو ھے پس پشت اس بیانئے کے؟
