i really enjoyed how their characters are very down to earth and honest. their openness in their relationship is a very good portrayal of healthy relationships. hyejun's relationship with his family shows us that families are never perfect but sticking together and learning to understand one another is what's important. the drama also addresses consent, lgbtq which is very progressive!

I was impressed with Park So Dam in "Parasite" and decided to follow her in other dramas "Record of Youth". She was excellent and did not disappoint with her excellent acting skills. Her co-star Park Bo Gum was a great partner and did an excellent job acting. They really had great chemistry together. I am cheering for both of them.

@Ms Pikachu That's so sad because people outside of Korea loved it. I only wished they had a sweeter love ending. But then again they wanted to make it realistic along the lines of what idols and aspiring actors and actresses face. I would love to see Park Bo Gum and Park Shin Hye in a kdrama together.
