I'm glad I came across this video, I always thought you go to the basement. Now I know you get into your car, which is of course immune to tornado damage until the plot requires otherwise. Then, you drive around, in and out of the tornado multiple times, before driving onto a high bridge over water so the tornado can safely dunk you.
