Just because it’s premeditated doesn’t mean it’s written. Zel makes songs like BIG and Jay, he just sits in a there and thinks, but it comes out nicer than most rappers writtens. Disagree that he heard the beats before this freestyle. He could easily have had written prepped and spit them over the beats they dropped. Especially if he followed the structure beats follow it's not impossible to imagine he fit his lyrics to the beat
