It is cool but why no full face why always hide behind a mask even I have seen similar unreal demo in that also no full Face I think to nail the realistic face it is hard
Unity nailed the face with their previous demo, Enemies. The final shot is the best real-time face Ive ever seen. ruclips.net/video/eXYUNrgqWUU/видео.html
> Face I think to nail the realistic face it is hard You answered your own question. Facial animations are hard as nails to do right, so hiding it behind a mask saves untold amounts of time.
I've worked at Unity for 11 years leading the advocacy team. That couldnt be farther from the truth. I live out of a suitcase because myself and my team love video games, game creators and people passonate about the video game industry.
Unity is an engine with no FPS example project compared to LayerStarterGame in Unreal5. They don't seem confident in their skills. There are not many high-quality example projects that developers can download at any time and refer to for development, just technical presentations at conferences.
When unity makes these, they don't make a game. Instead they make just a cinematic. Also, they don't play fair. Usually it's a custom build of the engine tailored for this cinematic.
@@JeremiahJensen-q4h For every other cinematic they released, they used a custom build of the engine. Tailoring means they exposed functionality and tweaked functionality to achieve better rendering quality and performance. This means they gave the artists the full engine so they could tweak rendering internally, adding new methods, changing and tweaking how the pipeline works, so to achieve better visuals, more aligned with what they were aiming for the cinematic. This is industry standard for doing this kind of work, but it's unfair because game devs using unity can't do it. Unity doesn't allow source code access and engine tweaking unless you pay them HEAPS of dollars.
hopefully it runs smoother than previous, most ue games always stutter or lag for me.
(Showing Unity 6 Graphics): Huh nothing special tbh
(Showing the AI Cloth deformation): WAIT WHAT
What a pc do you need for constant 60 fps at this quality ? Rtx 7090 ? xD
It is RTX 4090, they mention it in unite
RTX 9090 128TB RAM ?
Hellblade 2 ja e assim ...
if same assets same amount of light source same computer spec unreal engine 5.5 compare to unity 6,which one give more frame rate.
Unreal 5.5

This is a real time cinematic, its being rendered the same way a game is rendered. Tailoring an engine? what does that mean exactly?
@@lucasmontec This is stock Unity 6.
