I live close the Solent and there are still a few hounds and Stingers about, but the weed has made the Solent and the beaches to the East pretty difficult to fish and I'm sure the best fishing this year was back in May & June, you are better off sticking with Chesil for now as there are plenty of fish coming out, I may even take a day off and pop down there myself on the next set of Spring tides, keep up with the videos, there good to watch.

I got my buddy subbed too you...and i forgot to watch your video this week ,he's just sent me this as i was off down the solent today ,west beach selsey, can't believe it's so weedy , 2 weeks ago selsey west i didn't have a single weed strand and scored my top smoothie ....you've just paused my trip today ....should i go tonight on west ...quandary 😮😊
@@TheShoreHunter effort did equal reward at selsey west bay beach, came in the form of 6 double smoothies in 4hrs, lost 2 and my 13yr old daughter caught one 😀....that beach has monsters

As mentioned before, I am off to the Caribbean soon and I am willing to try fishing over there, mainly off the beach in very calm clear sea water and white sand at the bottom, with my 2 travel 14ft rods. I am making the pulley pennel rigs and some urfe rigs from your kind guide and useful explanations. Would you please recommend another rig that could be useful there? Or would those two be enough?
