- Every time my friend Matt played darts with his kids, he ended up with holes in the sheetrock around the dartboard. In this video, he built a dartboard backboard for free out of recycled pallet boards. This is a fairly straight forward DIY project, but please feel free to leave a comment with questions. What are the dimensions of this background?
Hey Lucas, it's 36" x 36" including the border. The border itself is roughly 1/2 inch so the planks are 35" x 35". Good luck if you build one!
