I have had the great experience of watching my son Michael and Courtneys music progress ever since Spiritbox was created. This rendition is absolutely marvellous and just goes to show that good music can be listened to in so many different ways. Keep up the good work. Great job.
Mr. Stringer, thank you so much for taking the time to tell me and for your kind words. It means the world to me! Your son and daughter-in-law have been a huge inspiration, I have nothing but love and respect for them. They will always have a place in my heart.
@@circuitsoldiers Oh, absolutely, it was brilliant! I especially loved how much you used the drum kit. A lot of the symphonic music I listen to tends to steer away from that, but I really loved the way you had a complicated drum line underneath. Especially the snare. Those were some great grooves!
@@shadeparker5922 I'm always a bit unsure about how much of the drumming I should put in there since it's, like you said, a bit atypical for orchestral music, so I appreciate your saying that.
@@circuitsoldiers Well, you're very welcome. I'm a drummer, so I always enjoy a little extra drumming in pieces. I liked it especially because it felt metal, since one of the hallmarks of metal is prominent, but not overwhelming, drum lines. So I'm now subscribed and I look forward to seeing what you do in the future! :-)
This sounds like it should have been the main track of 'LOTR' or some other epic adventure. The songs in their originality already tell a story, but this cover takes it up to 11 and puts almost a sense of the fantastical on it.
In the last three years my emotional connection with Spiritbox has grown day by day, more than I thought possible ... but this takes everything to a very high level, it's really beautiful.
Talented is what talented does, and when talent is shared, the talent spreads, like a wild fire. Talent fills and consume like a virus until greatness is achieved. To all the talented out there... keep spreading!
I hope you're damn proud of yourself because you should. And I think - based on the Spiritbox sharing your stuff and The Stringer Daddy Comment - that you've made Spiritbox family proud of themselves. Nice.
This is amazing! I can’t even imagine how many hundreds of hours this took. I happened to be driving through a snowstorm when I listened to this... with so much beauty and tension in both, it’s hard to imagine a more perfect setting.
Wow, that sounds amazing, and dangerous! Thank you so much. Yeah, I haven't counted, but it's funny how as little as 15 minutes can take hundreds of hours in the making.
That's amazing! The cello is one of my favourite instruments in the orchestra. I've always wondered how one manages to play it without tearing up half of the time. I certainly would :'-)
Thank you so much. Tbh initially I only had Pt.3 in mind, but I listened again and I saw that you can't have a Pt.3 without a Pt.2. But you also can't have a Pt.2 without a 10:16 and so forth...
Damn! Someone's a real Spiritbox fan lol This was incredible and really captured the spirit of the Mara Effect (pun intended) great job! I'm here listening to this because Spiritbox shared it and they were blown away. Thx!
I can’t add anything more than what’s already been said, but fu-cking-wow! I got little shivers many times. I hope this could lead to some type of collaboration for you with them. DO MORE SPIRITBOX! 😆 David from The Music Shed did a little bit of a keyboard cover of a tiny part of Rule of Nines during his reaction and it was amazing to hear! It would be even better to hear the full song fleshed out orchestral-ly! 😉
Thank you for your kind words and for pointing me to David from The Music Shed. He's very cool, I enjoyed it. It really sounds amazing, when he plays it on the piano. I guess I should maybe do a poll, where we decide the next song together?

@@Ollieisskaxxx Thank you!
This is wonderful!! I absolutely agree
Your son is amazing. Thank you!
Life hack - synchronize playing this video over the originals at the same time
Nice! I tried to match the tempo, it should be reasonably in sync with the originals.
@@circuitsoldiers it was really close. Maybe spiritbox will release the two-song overlay as a bonus track🤞🏻. I can hope 😅.
This absolutely could fit into one of those nostalgic RPGs. Beautiful
Thank you so much! I love nostalgic RPGs :)
I got the same vibe from it love it!
Here because of Spiritbox sharing on RUclips, and I am not disappointed. What an awesome cover!
Nice, thank you so much for listening!

They just shared this with eevryone in their discord. awesome job!
Thanks, I honestly can't quite believe it yet. This is very awesome.
9:25 when part 3 kicks in with those contrabass + trombones (?) is amazing
Cool, thank you! Those are contrabass tuba cuivre longs, they're dangerous!! ^^
@@circuitsoldiers indeed! They're so powerful together. Nice work 👏

It really does and I have been building the same emotional connection everything about this band is beautiful and from their heart
@@sidneysmith3426 I totally agree with you !
This is amazing. It sounds like something Nobuo Uematsu could have written for one of the final fantasy games. Cinematic.
Haha, I certainly agree
Thank you very much! People keep mentioning FF OST, I guess I should really listen to it soon ^^
Hands down the most beautiful 15 minutes of 2021, bravo bravo 👏

My Skin Crawls, My Chest Heaves, Punish Me.... yep, even in Orchestral format, CHILLS.....
Nice, even just reading those lyrics is giving me the chills.
