I understand preference of vehicle choice, ok. But what I don't understand is having a hatred about something just because one doesn't choose to own one. I have a truck, a hot rod fox body mustang, and I'm still dying to get a smart car. I hear everyone saying they wouldn't dare drive this on the freeway or interstate. Why? I've been riding motorcycles all of my life and they are much more dangerous and have a shorter wheelbase. I don't see everybody commenting on how stupid it would be to ride a motorcycle on the interstate. Let people be. You can never expect freedom if you wont give others their freedom. I'm an enthusiast of all motor vehicles and appreciate them for what they really are. Sure I have my preferences, but I don't knock others with different opinions. Grow up people and get over yourselves. If we all liked the exact same things it would be seriously boring.

For years I was not convinced of smart but now that I have the opportunity to drive smart öffters times, I must admit that it really is a very nice car. Smart is a nice car for the city and surroundings but with more than 300 km will have unpleasant

This would be so cool, if they would just add some HP. the Ameircan smart cars all have the same engine and transmission (except the electric) So a Brabus edition is essentially an appearance package.
@dormidontus Contact BRABUS, with a little commission they'll make one any way you want it, in fact they call them "BRABUS Tailor Made" and they allow you to literally do anything you want them to. That is, if you have the money to have them do such... Problem is, the awesom Tailor Made package is not available in America for a host of reasons (possible use of exotic materials like skins from animals + EPA regulations + low US demand.)
um question, whats the point of this commercial? I saw three and then just one. If i had one id make a commercial about it being a fun car, get in play some music put the top down and go to the beach or something with a friend. take maybe a min commercial not 5:30 and people would be interested

People wanting a Smart Car, heed my advice: Look into transmission issues, and be mindful that the drone of the engine alone (without additional radio/AC noises) makes hearing sirens/horns almost impossible if the windows are up. (No complaints on gas mileage, and every model comes with an electric air pump, under the carpet on the passenger side, which is awesome.)
@heybiglinus I see, you never drove the Brabus... Yes its ugly as hell, and the interiour doesn't feel any classy, but on small, narrow streets with many corners it's actually quite fun to drive the little strawberry box... and you can hunt bigger cars with more power ;)
