    I would like to see the graphs in the different tunnings they are not in their site and also a graph with normal tips.One question..Do you think that the instrument separation is better than sets that cost 500-800 $ i hear a lot of classical music and most iems reach up to a point but then..

    Do you think about reviewing the Yanyin Canon 2 or ThieAudio Hype 2? I'm researching and still unsure which one to choose and both are at the value I'm looking for for IEMs at the moment

      @Hijynx87 10 месяцев назад +1

      I’d say canon 2 is better, but for $110 the simgot em6l is a steal.

      Hype 2 has a lot of qc issues, so if you go that route make sure you can return it just in case.

    SA6 MKII Vs Phantom in relation to male and female vocals. Tonal density, naturality and position of vocals within the stage?

    Hi, did you notice any channel imbalance from your unit? A friend of mine had to return his twice because of channel imbalance. I'm also thinking of buying this iem but i'm a little worried about having to return it as shipping costs a lot where i live. Love your reviews.

      Thanks! Actually yes. Mine started to have channel imbalance so I sent it to BGVP for repair.

    1. Any BA timbre? 2. Do they loose cohesion at loud volumes? 3. What type of DAC topology maximises its sonic capabilities - 1. Delta Sigma/off the shelf DAC chipsets or R2R DACs (Cayin RU6 / Hiby FC6)? 3. Single ended Vs balanced connection performance?

    • @PraisedAudio

      1. Nope
      2. No
      3. No idea, sorry 😅
      4. Better on single ended

    Have you tried listening to BGVP DMA which has the same bone? I want to know how different it is from the Phantom.

    Thanks for the review. Would be nice if you can compare them to something known like Mest MK1 or MKII.

    • @PraisedAudio
      @PraisedAudio  10 месяцев назад +3

      I do not own a mest mk2, but from memory, keep in mind memory isn't very reliable, the mest was smoother and had a better 3D like presentation but a slightly smaller stage. The mest had more depth, and more isolated clean vocals. I think I prefer instruments on the Phantom though. And the bass on the phantom is better from my memory, I prefer the treble and midrange(particularly vocals) on the mest mk2. I think both are equal on detail retreival. Really please keep in mind this is from memory so I have never had a chance to properly compare them. 🫤

      @@PraisedAudiocouple things. They made a metal tipped version. Also I’ve never heard a stage wider than the Mest mkii it’s 3d but certainly not deep. Center image is right in your face. I’m considering these because I heard they were like a warmer Mest with better depth. Solid review - thanks going for 800 shipped for 11/11

      Hello! Sorry, sadly I have not tried the DM8. If I ever do I will let you know! Though they both have the same number of drivers, both have significantly different drivers so I wouldn't use that as any indictor imo. 🙂

    How do these stack up against the Unique Melody Mest MKII?

    • @PraisedAudio
      @PraisedAudio  9 месяцев назад +1

      It's been a while since I heard the mest so this is from memory but:
      Phantom has better stage and imaging
      Mest has better depth
      Mest has better vocals and treble
      Phantom has better bass
      Overall I prefered the Mest mk2. But this is from memory I've only demoed a set of the mest before. 🙂

      @@PraisedAudio I see! What would you consider it's sound signature to be, though? I already own the Mest MKII, and I'm just curious if the Phantoms are worth picking up, anyway.

    • @PraisedAudio
      @PraisedAudio  9 месяцев назад

      Hmmm. I'd say at this price if your looking for something very different, though it has its advantages over the mest, it's not worth it. They have a relatively similar signature in my opinion. So if your looking for something very different I wouldn't pick the phantom. Though it is still a great set I recommend. Id say it's a bit darker than the mest, so if your looking for a more relaxing listen, the phantom is a decent choice. If you like to have multiple iems with a similar signature but with smaller differences, it could be worth picking up. I do want to emphasize to take this with a grain of salt it's been a while since I heard the mest 😅

      @@PraisedAudio how mest mkii has better mids if they recessed in curve ?

    • @PraisedAudio
      @PraisedAudio  8 месяцев назад +1

      I do not think the graphs of an iem can tell you how it sounds, maybe only give you a general idea. Especially for iems that use bone conduction as that cannot be measured by measurement rigs. I do not use graphs.
