    What if you do not have the side number pad, just numbers across the top, how would you punch in manually?

      You just need to press play and then hit the record button where you want to punch in and then press it again to punch out. 👍

      @@AudioSorcerer It be nice if there was a command for it, it's supposed to be control+shift+P but it won't work for me for some reason.

      @@TLil21 hit "ctrl + Space Bar" once the track is record enabled and it should function the same way if you're on a PC.

      @@AudioSorcererThere’s shortcuts.
      F12, Command/Ctrl + Spacebar is alternatives for recording.

    ¿Does adobe premire have something similiar to quick punch?

      Adobe Audition does have punch and roll.

      (CMD/CTRL) + Spacebar, or F12 also works if the number 3 on numeral keypad doesn’t work.
