Since you asked, I considered using PencilKit but decided not to. I have a drawing app that's available for both iPad and Mac Catalyst. I may add PencilKit to it, but I don't like some of the limitations: it has a mixture of vector and raster graphics - I want to stick to vector graphics, the color model used is RGB - much better is to use HSL. Sure, I've limited my app to not use the various pens and brushes, but it's 100% vector using HSL, and includes SVG export. If I include PencilKit it will probably be as a supplement to mark-up projects.
Thanks for the video, I am just wondering how much time you spend on average per video, that includes preparation, recording and editing as the videos are superb and they always go straight to topic without any useless code or bad practises. It seems like there is lot of effort put behind the scenes that people maybe don’t appreciate as much as they should.
