I can't believe I FORGOT to include the NEW PETS in this video! They definitely should have been, as a commenter pointed out! So here are the details! After reaching max friendship with your initial pet (or reaching year 2 without a pet), you can purchase pet licenses from Marnie to "adopt" pets. Cats and Dogs cost 40,000g, and then there are 2 varieties of turtles - 60,000g for the green one and 500,000g for the Iriduim Turtle. I am kicking myself for not having included these, but it completely slipped my mind :(
The return scepter was the first big purchase I did and it was so worth it! Downside is that 9 times out of 10 warp back to my farm, start sorting things out on my farm, then forget that I'm still on the return scepter in my inventory and then accidentally warp back to my front door when I'm really just trying to, for example, get the diamonds from my crystallariums 😅
Oh my you are so right!!! I picked the items just from memory, and I totally forgot about all the pets cause I bought them all the day I got the update and then never thought about it. But those ABSOLUTELY should have been in this video! Dang, if only videos could be edited after posting. Thank you for pointing that out! I am gonna add them to the video description!
@@AdamsOlympia the title of the video, verbatim, is “The 17 Most Expensive Items in Stardew Valley - Updated for 1.6” she quite literally spelled it out for y’all
I do feel bad that console players are waiting so long for the update, but adding “only on PC” wouldn’t age accurately. So I figured having “1.6 update” on both the thumbnail and the video title would have been sufficient. Sorry for the confusion.
