I am amazed by this card , got it with a low-medium tier gamer pc (around 1000euros) maybe 5 years ago , first game was cyberpunk , it run it on very high since release , and any game i buy just goes still to this day
nahhhh id say 1070 1070 ti 1080/ ti are better my pc broke in 2022 and ive been too lazy to fix it so i picked up a pc with a i5 7500 and a 1660 super kinda wish i got a better cpu but this thing outperforms ps5 in some titles or looks better due to mods and NVIDIA tech absolutely nuts budget card tbh it barely loses to gtx 1070
Played on R5 3600 & 1660 ti with FSR 3 on High settings and got 70-80 fps in prologue. I don't understand if the whole point is in the FSR, because many people have much worse results...
thanks for showing people that they missed out for years, on quality entertainment, via the gtx 1660 super. so many people ignored this card, and still do, but here it is doing 1080p medium, fsr 3 and holding 70-80 fps. (not bad for a end of life card, not bad at all)
Initially with my 1660 super 6GB and an i9-9900k the game ran smooth and I expected performance issues so I had set everything to medium........until reaching Zallysia and the game world opened up. Then the game just randomly tanked frames to what felt like 5-15 fps, sometimes recovered, most times needed to restart. Then even trying running everything on low it just didn't recover from those fps tankings. Should also add every restart had it doing its thing with the shaders....every single time. Needless to say a refund was the only way to fix this issue.
How did you do it? I mean I copy the settings but I have like huge lag every 3 seconds Update FSR 3 Frame Gen, make makes the games goes from 40fps to 60+ but has a huge lags and also somehow the mouse movement feels weird
@@TwoPowersCZE i just copy the settings and perfomance like the video, Except in npc towns were it drops to 30-40ish.... in the rest of the map 60+ If the mouse feels laggy in the nvidia control panel change the vsync configuration to FAST and activate nvidia reflex that help me
@@TwoPowersCZE i think there is a memory leak problem, it happens that randomly the fps drops to 7 fps and stays that way until restarting the Game, the 1660s has this problem, and a lot of more powerfull gpus as i read the steam forums. I play normaly at 60fps and when that happens i am forced to restart the game. A pain in the ass but Manageable
How did you fix the imputlag with FG?? When I turn FG on my fps went crazy huge, but the imput lags are.. unplayble lag every 2 seconds for like 3 seconds, in your video there is non of the imput lags and how did you fix the mouse lag?
I have a 1660s and a ryzen 5 3600 and this game is unplayable unfortunately. Avg 40ish fps but sometimes the framerate takes a dip to 2-5fps and doesn't seem to want to recover
Auto save the game if you haven't already figured it out. I had the same issues, would autosave from the start menu and the game would go back to normal
This feels kind of unreal. The graphics isnt that ultra end to require this computational power. it rather seems to be like GPU calls and other code related things that schedule GPU labor are just really not tended to. because we all know you can take 1060, take stalker anomaly, and make it look way better than stalker 2...

Stalker GAMMA as example or even regular anomaly, with reshades, overhauled models, textures, sounds & entire atmosphere mechanism overdone, mods to improve fidelity and performance do bring on table much better graphics than what stalker 2 currently brings on table. Modded asseto corsa with massive map and metric ton of graphic mods looks better on 1060 and runs substantially better. Anomaly can look better and run better modded than stalker 2.
@@armorheart All of this games - not using lumen, not using nanite and textures are mid. Stalker gamma in motion looking at textures res.... is meh. lightning usually .... meh. Asseto - no hesi while looking kinda ok giving me 50-60 fps with pure 30gb ram util, 12-16vram util at 1080p. While staker 2 on medium giving 45-67 fps on native 1080p...... looking much better than asseto or stalker mods.
@ i tried it in Bodycam and it felt like barely acceptable gaming experience for me. But maybe using this feature in single player shooter will be a better one

Do you have memory leak with that GPU? I played around 70- 80 fps medium wit fsr3 and frame gen but after some time game will go to 10 fps and i could barely move. I have gtx 1660 super, ryzen 5 5600x, 32gb ram and b550 tomahawk,.....I had to restar the game to play it again everytime it happened.
@@panzerfaust3683 The stability issues is coming from the 16GB, and probably the 3600. Unfortunately, this game uses more than 16GB and is making some CPUs suffer.
I believe more RAM would improve the stability there but not fix all the performance issues, unfortunately, even High End PCs are having problems with the game. But I would recommend upgrading to 32GB since there are many new games requiring more than 16 nowadays. Thanks for your comment friend.

Hi friend, you are probably being limited by both CPU and RAM. This game can be quite demanding for the CPU and it uses more than 18GB of RAM even at the lowest settings.

I've created everything using MSI Afterburner + RivaTurner Plugin but to keep the channel's authenticity, the overlay is exclusive, otherwise it would become generic and other channels would use it.

Процентов 5-10 максимум разницы в производительности будет, по идее. Но в очень хреново оптимизированных играх( а это как раз тот случай) может быть всё, что угодно.
@@ShabasheR в чём заключается хреновая оптимизация? Игра с открытым миром, хорошими текстурами, качественными высокополигональными моделями. И она работает на старых вёдрах, выдаёт больше 30 фпс и приемлимую картинку. И это "сырая" релизная игра без единого патча.

Про фпс можешь почитать отзывы в Стиме и обзоры на ютубе, там тебе люди расскажут как на их вёдрах вроде 4080 в 2к разрешении у с длсс 3 у них 40 фпс с просадками и фризами и вылетами.

2070S is a great card you should be fine for another year at least. Basically a 4060 without framegen, just sucks everything is relying heavily on framegen now

Yes, the input lag is noticeable but unfortunately it is the only way to get great graphics with decent performance on 1660 S in this game.

this game only utilizes 3-4 of his cores, you could probably get similar performance on lower end CPUs with this card
