The Bopper Brothers - Waitin' (Official Video)

Waitin' is the fourth track of The Bopper Brothers' debut EP "Aüburn Records' Hits: The Bopper Brothers" and was written by Ray Rush and Bob Bailey. The song was originally recorded in 1962 by The Crickets vocalist, David Box. Waitin' was originally recorded in a similar style to Buddy Holly. It was David's debut record as a solo artist, after performing with his group The Ravens and being Buddy Holly's replacement in 1960. For the Bopper Brothers' rendition, it was rearranged in a later 60's style with distorted electric guitars and reverb laden organ. It also has a very different song structure.
This music video is created from footage taken during the recording of the acoustic, electric, and bass guitars in September of 2023. It was originally intended for a music video, but due to the camera angles, was scrapped for a music video of the song Restless. However, due to an Instagram poll, is now being re-edited and uploaded as a music video now.

The Bopper Brothers, formed in 2022, is a six-piece rock and roll project, that combines 60's and 70's rock sensibilities with modern recording techniques.
The group's material features use of layered harmonies, vintage keyboards, and diverse arrangements. It also features lead vocals by different members of the band. The Bopper Brothers get their fire from classic groups like The Byrds, The Beach Boys, and Pink Floyd, and modern acts like: The Lemon Twigs, Strawberry Guy, and St. Arnaud.
