@@Isoscel He seems like a tenor at best, so that's what I'm going with. Most males are baritone, and I'm pretty sure he is trained. Unless I live in a different dimension where everyone wants to be a professional singer, he is not at all average. His tone is great as well. "Sing better" is mostly subjective, so that's kinda not true. This guy obviously isn't "the best" by he is much better than a good amount.

As a child of the 80's (Highschool class of 1987) I had a wide range of music to choose from, but I especially loved the Rock n' Roll and 80's Heavy Metal Icons from Jimi Hendrix and Led Zeppelin, foghat etc, of the 60's and 70's to the 80's bands like Van Halen, Scorpians, Dokken, etc. as well as the "Ass Kickin' Southern Fried Rock n' Roll" bands like 38 special, Alabama, and Molly hatchet, and those lists can go on and on.
I can hear much of all that musical influence in your groups sound. I look forward to being able to hear you guys live.

Dang.... I'm confused of what genre they leading me into. One dude looks like a greaser, the other one dress like a grundge band or 80's band, then the vocalist is like a hipster, then the drummer is like a dude or skater looking more like a cross over between emo or goth hot topics style. then they play ... At first I was like Hmnnn, then Holy shit... The voice range was amazing then the guitar is sick.. Amazing cover..

This has got to be the best cover of the Rising Sun ever. If I'd heard this on the radio, my guess there were at least two vocalists if not three. Awesome work.
I remember when I saw this on my birthday last year and this video didn't even have 2k views. Today I came back and saw 1.2 million views on the counter, I feel truly happy and these kids having their work recognized are also a birthday present. I have been playing this song for near on 45 years and have heard many different renditions in many different styles. There are 2 cover versions that stand out for me. Santa Esmerelda's Disco / Spanish Guitar version from the 1970's and this one. Absolutely brilliant work guys.......truly magnificent, gave me goosebumps which is a good thing !
OMG. it gave me chills and brought me to tears, my brother started a band when he graduated high school they recorded some original songs. The band was called Prattsville Witch Hunt they toured and recorded, then there was a golfing accident my brother and the band were practicing when my brother Marc got too close when my brother Mike swung the 9 iron Marc sadly died. Mike couldn't cope the band put all on hold for months then while playing a gig in Canada the band was drafted they had called home found out about drafting they stayed in Canada until war was over. My brother was taken to prison for dodging the band was finished. You sounded so much like my brother when they covered House of the rising sun.
