You also need to mention to those people who put their prairie dogs up for adoption that some unscrupulous people buy them to feed to their pet snakes!!! So folks need to 💯 % make sure they are being brought into a loving and knowledgeable family.
Thanks for sharing. I think Paxton is doing fine just as he is. The missing limb doesn't seem to be an issue for him. It's not an issue with most animals. They often adapt to a loss of limb better than we do :-)

What about a hidden camera so you can just focus on hanging out with them more emic than etic, see how he's bonding and laying down.....poppy this is more bonding and fun for me to watch cuz I want to see them happy and in their natural little habitat and happy State you know, tyvm!
