I think on the grim reaper i think it depends on what job you get what i am thinking if it random one they might have to take their souls. But you can get other jobs were you can safe the soul and that's one might be more on the player side.
so before the update the sim would get deleted if the social worker take them they would get deleted. But now that should be fixed now if the child get taken buy the social worker it should go into the house management now to put the kid and other family.
You can currently research the language skill on the research computer ONLY but you do not gain any skill point from it. I’ve been trying but hopefully me doing that will trigger something before the game comes out.
