Not very practical. Very expensive and does not shut off automatically when the right temperature has been reached. The ones sold in North America have a cheap clothes steamer instead of the branded Haygain steamer. Not a good buy at all. I use a laundry tub and very hot water, then feed the hay immediately. My method is cheaper and faster.

Does it have to be hot water?
