Yes, I do plan to finish this model with some panel lining and top coating. But the issue is for now I'm still experimenting with which kind of topcoat paint should I use because I can't directly put the panel line on a painted surface since it's going to be bad when you want to clean it. So I need to do the top coat first then only can panel line. For now, I already got the Mr. Color (GX113) Super Clear III UV CUT FLAT and I think I can use it for the next painting video.
I got the RG Exia and planned to paint it but after watching this video hmm seems like I can’t do this. This HG model already looks a lot of works to do. T_T I wish I could have more time and skills like you. Anyway, really good video and inspiring me a lot. 🙇🏻♂️🙏🏻
In this video it has slightly brush strokes. It’s depend on the paint ratio you mix, if the ratio more thinner in it, it might damage the clear plastic.and cause the brush strokes effect to the clear parts.
Hi! What's the tool you used to remove the clear parts on the Exia's leg? I have a hard time figuring out how to remove the small clear parts on 00 kits once they're already fitted on the gundam
There are two ways. 1. Use a tic tac/double sided tape to remove it. 2. Drill or make a small hole at the inside and push it from there. Then, cover the hole with sticker or painted sticker. I don’t recommend to dig out the clear part with knife because it might crack the part. For more detail watch at 1:25 of this video ruclips.net/video/e_KY1A06E5Y/видео.html
I have several questions, - Did you ever used an industrial thinner to thin your paints? - Ever clean your airbrush with an industrial thinner instead of tool cleaner? (We have the same airbrush because I watched your vids and I'm curious about it)
- I use two type of thinners. For thinning the paint I mostly use Mr. Hobby Levelling thinner. I ever use a normal thinner (im not sure if that’s called industrial thinner) but the paint is not as smooth as the hobby thinner. And yes, you actually can use normal thinner to thin the paint, just make sure what type of paint you using. If its lacquer paint then you need to use lacquer thinner. - For cleaning the airbrush I just use the normal thinner because I feel it much cheaper.
@@asmrbuildtv Thought so, because the industrial thinner I have right now is as strong as a tool cleaner and wipe out every paint it touched, though people warned me not to soak the O-ring with it but looking at the manual I don't know how is that even possible because the rings aren't even touching the nozzle mouth, anyway thanks mate for replying even this late 0w0)

Yes

Do the joints of the Gunpla parts need to be primed and painted??
Is depend. If the joints part is made of rubber, I will not paint it. If the joint is made of plastic parts, I will primed and paint it.
Do the clear green parts have brush strokes? I can't tell from the video
