    I definitely don't recommend putting a lid on boiling oil. That is extremely dangerous. But that looks good I'm going to try it

    It might have tasted great, but it could taste so much better. You over cooked it my friend. 40 minutes on a 10-12lb bird at 350 degrees (it's supposed to be 325) is way too long
