The only real answer to “bad reviews” that are false is a cease and desist letter from an attorney on the grounds of libel. False statements about a business that are untrue and which materially harm that business are grounds for a lawsuit.
Thy can’t get mad at you on a contract that they had farmed by another company. Recently did a load for a mini excavator for 280 miles for 1400. Come to find out it was someone impersonating a reputable company and took it from another company. Turned out in reality the load was only paying 300$. Needless to say I was upset
