Penn just confirmed Rito can talk to normal birds. I don’t know how to feel about that. Can the Zora understand fish? Don’t they eat fish?
A lot of the Zora look similar to sharks to me so that makes sense

7:58 Penn's dialogue here implies that he was being informed by the little songbirds you scare off when approaching him. This also implies that the Rito can converse with actual animal birds. While whimsical in nature and generally delightful, this does have the side-effect of implying every bird in Hyrule has some degree of sentience.
I mean they already kill and eat sentient animals like bokoblins, who can express emotions and do other things a regular hylian can do

Quin, funny weapon fuse combo: Fuse an ice horn with a feathered blade or spear. This freezes the enemy and creates a gust of wind at the same time, so they slide really far.
I like how you can hear quinn spinning cuz his voice gets lower then back to normal😭

You need to go to Washa’s Bluff after the quest ends and talk to Penn on top of the mushroom tree where Kass had his little hut.

@@HawksTakami1228 Washa’s Bluff, northwest of Satori Mountain. It’s the blood moon shrine quest. The hut is on top of one of the big mushroom trees.

I absolutely loved this quest. Rito village was the first village I went to and I was basically was doing this side quest throughout the whole game as a sort of second main quest and it's just so fun all of these cute little interactions. It also tells you a tiny bit about what Zelda did between BotW and TotK wich is nice. Love Penn
For sure. I think most people did the quest like this, since the game leads you to the Rito quest first, and you naturally go to stables alone the way.

Not sure if you noticed but when you first approach Penn at a stable he has a load of sparrows all around him while he's taking notes! When his says his "little birds" told him something, he really means it!
I shoot all the birds in bullet time then cook them in front of him using a portable pot

the froggy armor is one my favorites especially after you upgrade it twice, that means you can climb and jump forever with rain without slipping

these quests were so fun to do at the beginning of the game along with the main quests, it was so cool figuring out the mystery of zelda and seeing how hyrule had changed from botw!
p.s. give the dondons some luminous stones!
This is the closest thing you can get to hanging out with a giant bird while doing a bunch of quests with him. That is until we find Kass.

I love Penn so much, his sidequest legit made me cry.
I read the notification as “I made this weird bird…” and thought it would be a devious ultrahand build.

best quest in the game! also if u talk to ppl reading newspapers, there's stories printed about all the people link has saved and quests he's done
I thought this quest had to be completed to get to Rito village as first. I was so pissed 😂 got halfway through until I realized you could fly right into rito
This has to be the best and most wholesome quest in the entire game. It was my fav quest out of Botw and ToTK
I highly recommend the stable painting quest after you've done this one, it's right up your alley and I think you'd love it!

Ok so i went to a Zelda concert the other day, and it was amazing. 10/10 they played the totk theme and a lot of ocarina of time songs. You could tell it was full of Zelda nerds. Would recommend

The dude at the fire actually gives you a cool hint about how to use pinecones for flight.
Whenever I look at Penn I'm reminded of the annoying pelicans from finding nemo who keep saying "MINE MINE!" when they see Nemo 😭
Quinn if you go back to the Dondons at night, they glow! Plus, they eat Luminous stone and sometimes poop gems!
Quin you should put a keese eye on your arrow when aiming for enemies. They are fun to use :)

When I got the armour after this quest, I immediately thought of Quin
Been looking forward to Quin doing the potential process sitings side quest! I really enjoyed. I know it’s a smaller side quest but I really loved the paintings for the stables quest. Given Quin’s love of photography I’m hoping we get to see him go through it.
Now I haven't watched the whole video yet, but I definitely will. I just thought I'd have to mention, I know Quin cannot do long division,but during my English class today a kid was doing long division and just know, It made me think of you Quin.

Just so you know there is another quest in Hateno. It was unlocked after they mayoral election. It starts at one of the farm lands. Right past Cece’s shop.
