Eerie Indiana! I still watch that series atleast once a year... the Halloween episode is one of my favourites. So good to see Omri after all these years away 😀
what for a nice guy Omri!! He has to be a really brave person to have a lot of changes in his life. I think It is so nice to know that your hero in Hocus Pocus is as well a brave person behind the character. Great Interview
Love it! I'm here at home 2023 and I felt like watching Eerie Indiana! My mom would call him "John Ross" , also when we watched Hocus Pocus ever year. Only now after binge watching Dallas did i realize he played Jr's son!
I was 18 when Eerie Indiana was on the tube. Now luckily I had a 6 year younger brother and he watched it, so I too had an excuse to watch it. And I thoroughly enjoyed it and I still do because 15 years ago or so, I bough the DVD set and every 3 or 4 years I watch the 19 episodes again. And in a way it contributed to my ability to do special effects on the cheap too. I was a SFX and VFX artist and I still do indie movies or small productions as a favour for filmmakers and I tend to find very creative simple efficient solutions. Some that Joe Dante and Rick Baker were influential on me for.
Missed opportunity for Disney not using Omri Katz. But Disney has done some stupid shit recently. I'm more interested in seing more "Eerie Indiana" today anyway with Katz and Justin Shenkarow and any of the other original cast members. Way more interesting stories to be told there. (Nes Manga)
I would love to see an Eerie reunion. Though, I think at this point it is possible Katz has hung up acting to pursue other ventures. One can dream though!
Bette midler waa close with Harvey Weinstein, Epstein and Maxwell. It's good he stays away from these hollywood witches that are friends with rapists and human trafficking.
I just watched Max Headroom on streaming, which was an adult precursor to Eerie Indiana. The eerie ATM episode for sure took from Max Headroom. Omri, I've always thought that you were awesome.

It would be amazing. Imagine marshal teller showing his kids all the stuff in the locked attic cupboard he collected and handing down the mantle 😄

He's better than Disney. Disney is trash.

Thought he was gay too
@@joeystylezleaks Yeah, for sure!
He was a hairdresser for a time.. I seem to now remember reading. He worked at salon in LA.
Not that that means anything necessarily.

Eerie indiana indeed stands the test of time. MATINEE is a classic film too
I need to check out Matinee. I found Eerie as an adult and still love it
@@VictimsandVillains it's one of Joe Dante's best films, I rank it just as high as Gremlins and such. John Goodman is fantastic in it.
