Just got a new smart TV from Walmart
Keep the channel going at all costs Dave with or without the physical media hunts at retail, you can keep us watching no matter what you do.
Favorite movie of the year: Godzilla Minus One
I hope Wal-Mart steps up their game a little. I saw a lot of exclusive steelbooks are headed there next year. With BestBuys getting out of the game and Target reducing shelf space as well, Wal-Mart can take over that market for 4Ks as well (they already own the lower end DVD/BD market).
Otherwise it will be a lot of GRUV and Amazon. At least GRUV exclusive Steelbooks like Duel are decently priced (+ they have that 20% discount).
My favorite release of the year was The Fugitive. Great movie, great transfer, and a very nice steelbook.

Well, Walmart has definitely taken over at least one of the "Only@BestBuy" Steelbooks already, the one I know of, which was actually sold out at Best Buy for a while, being the American Psycho 4K Steelbook with the transparent slipcover.

Got some good stuff for Christmas and bought some good stuff. I got The Raid bundle and John Wick 4 on 4K for Christmas along with a handful of pops and bought a pop and Borderlands: The Handsome Collection the day after
Oppenheimer is my favourite of this year, also just got it on 4k, with over 3 hours of special features.

For your question of best 2023 movie I'm still working on watching some last minute 2023 horror movies but as of right now my favorite 2023 movie is Thanksgiving which is subject to change if the other two movies I'm watching manage to top it. As for least favorite 2023 horror movie I actually don't have one but I did rate Nefarious and Breathe 7/10s if that counts.

Great job and what’s your most anticipated physical media of next year? Mine is Darkman. I’m also hoping we get a 25th anniversary special edition blu ray at least of Pokemon: The First Movie and also, I REALLLLLLLLLLY hope we get the original A Nightmare On Elm Street on 4K for the 40th anniversary in 2024 and that it paves the way for the rest of them!

I went to Walmart today they had the same stuff. Shout Factory released a Bruce Willis Movie from the 90s on it's own Disc today Last Man Standing it was one of those movies that was in a double feature pack with Last Boy Scout. I hope Last Boy Scout gets a Blu ray From Shout. I may buy Last man standing depending on the price from Amoeba's music.
