You can use cheat codes to spawn & modify a pokemon's nature,gender,attacks,iv & ev's,shiny or no,etc. So basically, you can spawn a level 1 - 100, Typhlosion or Kingsgambit using the mastercode/gameshark codes for the GBA roms. Spawn 30 of your favorite pokemon,and you can't evolve them. So no evolving Mudkip,however, you can have another slot of the 29 remaining take up Swampert I would tell you the rom. However, idk which is being used, unfortunately
