Bilateral aneurysms with difficult anatomy

This patient presented with a subarachnoid haemorrhage, a small aneurysm on one side and a large and one on a dysplastic vessel on the opposite we needed to use a flow diverter and coils on one side and also secure the small aneurysm on the opposite
