The magazine issue.... A C-shaped plastic clip.... One leg goes over the bar at the top. The other leg clips under the mag base when the spring is compressed. It would only be about 25 long. Might need to design the top leg so it can be pulled out once the mag is loaded. The spine of the C could have a bit of a raised grip to help pull down and compress the spring.
The loading of the gels looks cumbersome and ridiculous... maybe some sort of tube / syringe device.... load the 26 gels into it... feed/ push them into mag through the tube.
Would have like to see it fire a mag or two on automatic.
At the end of the day, GBBR and 3 mags is going to cost around $2000 .... all for a bit of 'realism' and still with an effective range of 25 to 30 metres outdoors.... provided there is no wind. I do like the idea of a small mag capacity... it stops all these people large capacity mags running around playing spray and pray. The might have to learn to 'get closer' to their enemy.
What about a video showing how gbbr's shoot.with such high fps?
I wasn't super sold on the GBBR hype wave, but after getting my hands on a GM MWS, I'm really turning around to it. There's something satisfying about actually pacing out your shots given the capacity, and going for accurate hits.
Only complaint is how damn expensive mags are.
Same, GBBR in general is really expensive in my country, because the entire airsoft (including gel) scene is illegal here. Big sad. I dont know if i should buy one or stay with aeg gel
@nekochibi2256 have you looked at how much the wetech mags are? They are considerably cheaper than the GM mags :)

@@lowguidoschopshop thanks for the link. Do you know if there is any real interest in this kind of setup? I feel something around 400 to 600 is on the high end for this. @1600 for a mod GBB airsoft is simply a ripoff. While I can appreciate the concept. It is at heart. A GBB airsoft with modded bolt n barrel. Not exactly rocket science. I feel a aeg gearbox internal swap and barel for a slightly larger projectile is a simple concept to manufacturer for an established company. Are there any others doing this. As I cannot seem to get any further in my search?

@@Danny-G @1600 dollars that's alot of money. I did not say it was easy for anyone. I said it was easy for an existing company that manufactures this stuff to do so. Yea I would think that WeTech would probably be able to do it at a lower cost if they wanted to. They are not charging 1600 for GBB m4 @ airsoft. But expect me to believe a 2mm larger bore barrel and slight change in internals to match is worth double? Yeah I think not
I just think a more realistic price point may actually drive interest here.
i know you said the golden eagles are shit, but are they ok if im on a budget? (i need justification to buy one) i dont particularly want to spend 1.5k is all
The poor man pays twice. You can get a GE. But you will end up spending more money on fixing it up. They are not that much cheaper. Its worth spending a bit more on a better blaster.
My experience on GE GBBR is not too bad as a owner for about a year. My only complaint so far is the bolt being worn out much quicker compared to GM, but never failed to function once. However, my 3-month old GM MK15 with steel internal already had a broken nozzle and Z plate. Not to mention spare parts for GE are easier to source, while GM spare parts are almost out of stock for a certain period. Maybe just bad luck and bad timing for me
Ok let’s get down to brass tax shall we. If could only choose/recommend one gbbr blaster out of the premium versions you’ve encountered so far would you/should I 😉 go; the guns modify GM, east coast customs rifle or the WM? Unless of course there’s something even better out there (such as hpas, custom builds or soon to be launched..)?
Well ECCB recently went out of business, so you probabaly cannot get these anymore. So Id get the MWS.

Those guys are a rip off. They are also out of stock. I just bought one for 655 AUD, they were asking 1400 🤯
Imagine a world where us Australians didnt have to f45k around with gels but be actually considered responsible enough to have airsoft instead for milsim...... I feel the mag system of these " toys" is in no way optimized for a garden hydration product to ever function reliably out of. Great tear down Guido shame the cost of this toy is more than the actual product it is meant to impersonate. Im honestly surprised our masters and community bedwetters have even allowed the importation of these toys. Maybe dremel a feed hole in the side of the mag as top loading is more tedious than its worth. Cheers for the vid.
This would probably fall under UKRA hear in the uk so unless you play airsoft you're fucked
