Chevy SS cold start with Texas Speed Stage 2 (229/244 112) cam. Built and tuned by Warhorse Performance.
Exhaust clips in sport mode and touring mode. Kooks 1 7/8 headers and stock bi-modal mufflers.

would you still choose this cam over the stage 3 ls3? im debating between both cams. whats your opinion on it since you have the stage 2 ls3 .

Would have gone with stage 3 if I did it again. Can feel it run out of steam around 6700-6800, I think the stage 3 would just keep pulling. Being a manual, I can get away with a lot as far as drivability goes but if you’re auto on a stock stall then you might want to stick to the stage 2

If it’s big you might want a stall but you don’t really “need” anything when you get one
