Theres no screen so no I don’t believe they can be changed. Its just an led light that shows numbers. Theres words but those are fixed and they just light up when that option is selected.
I have this model. The English manual is horrific because it is incomprehensible and incomplete. The Korean manual is much longer and has diagrams and sections completely missing from the English manual (for example, see page 31 and 32 in korean manual). For example, the english manual does not have instructions on setting the clock, or any explanation what the tool attached to the bottom of the unit is for. From looking at the Korean section and looking at the pictures, I figured out that is to the clean the pressure release valve, which is not even mentioned in the English version. The Chinese manual looks like it is missing many pictures too.

Do you have to set the time? Would it affect cooking timer? Does it lose the time of unplugged?
Time is set automatically. I never tried unplugging it during a cook so I’m not sure. 🤔

Oh gotcha. No I don’t think you have to put the correct time on the clock. I have unplugged mine and the correct time on the clock stays.

I believe you press and hold the cancel button. Its the touch button on the bottom right.
