My pendrive getting corrupted while trying to making it bootable again and again
You first make it unbootable before making it bootable again.

@@varinder.s497 open command prompt, press Windows+R at a time. A box with name RUN will appear. Type CMD there and press Enter key. CMD will be opened.On command Prompt type DISKPART and then press enter key. Diskpart command will start.Type LIST DISK and press enter key. A list of the disk with their number, sizes and free spaces will appear. Find out proper disk which you want to make unbootable. Find the Disk number(Left most column of the list) of your bootable USB drive.Type SELECT DISK and press enter. (where N is your disk number it may be 0,1,2….). For example: if your disk number is ‘1’ then type SELECT DISK 1 (here you need pay attention to select a disk, make sure that you selected the correct disk you'll know it by it's size.) Type CLEAN and press enter.Type CREATE PARTITION PRIMARY and press enter.Type ACTIVE and press enter.Type FORMAT FS=FAT32 QUICK and press enter. Wait for few seconds until the format process reaches 100 percent.Type ASSIGN and press enter.Then type EXIT and press enter. Again type EXIT and press enter.

@@varinder.s497 Connect your pendrive, go to format and choose NTFS click OK then go to your cmd and type the following commands: > diskpart > list disk > select disk 1 (it depends on your disk number) > clean > exit > exit. Go to device manager > disk management> choose your pendrive (it will be unallocated) right click on it and make new simple volume other left steps are the next(s) only.
