I really miss Bob and Brad rutine...I was watching for years. I really miss Bob....I like your show but my heart is for original Bob and Brad team. It helped me a lot with my back issues. Even now I had a cramp in the lower leg, in the Achilles tendon area and imediatelly my toes curled for 1-2 seconds. Started yesterday and is comming and going few times a day. Brad, you are a hero!
I've worked with many PT students in my career... these folks have a very bright future. They are so confident, clear, and knowledgeable. Thank you for giving them the opportunity to share their expertise and help others! :)
it’s so wonderful having kyle and elizabeth in the bob and brad videos they explain everything and demonstrate everything in a clear and easy way to follow at home thanks we miss bob to ❤️💪
Stay hydrated, I’ve have learned that my pain significantly increases when dehydrated. Also using the B&B hand body massager works terrific, after use on feet, I’ll typically have zero pain for several days.
Insane. Here I am,lying in pain, twisted ankle, recovering from that, and having plantar fasciitis,my heels killin me - and this is what they post. Literally 20 second after I thought to myself “damn this hurts and it’s annoying “ And this is probably 15th time they post something I just started struggling with. Witchcraft, Im 100% sure of it lmao
Excellent presentation! You can use castor oil while massaging because it is one of the deepest penetrating oils into dense tissue. I had plantar fasciitis along with a heel spur, and my orthopedic surgeon recommended taking a capsule or two of burdock root daily and sleeping in a brace that kept my foot upright instead of allowing it to drop forward under the covers.
Good information I had planters fasciitis in both feet for a year straight! It was I doing all of the things demonstrated here as well as finally wearing the braces at night when it finally led up and gave me relief. Pain in our feet certainly does make it difficult to get through our days!
Now, thanks to all five of you, I will be doing all of the exercises shown, & can get back to NO pain. Id also like to thank the two new additions, Elizabeth, & Kyle, who are very good at teaching, etc. ✅ Both are very clear & concise, too. Wishing Bob, Brad, Mike, Elizabeth, & Kyle a beautiful day! 🌄
I'd been following Bob & Brad's old exercises for plantar fasciitis, which worked well. Will add in the "short foot" and the calf exercise, and see if I can get rid of the PF for good! Thanks, guys!
The best exercise for plantar fascilitis are the calf raises at the stairs. The trick is heels should not drop below the level of the stairs. The heels should be one idea higher than the stair level. This is what would give great endurance & power of the calves and feet. From the other side the hyperextension may lead to fatigue, cramps and unwanted absence of motivation..
Great job! 🤗 I sure wish these exercises would help me get out of orthotics, but I'm stuck with them for life. 😢 It still helps to keep the arches strong, though, to keep plantar fascia pain at bay. Thanks for the helpful tips. 😊
Perfect timing! Having these exact issues and trying to get help is like pulling teeth. I pulled my left calf muscle while in pt after my right ankle surgery...I did finally get to incorporate the left calf into the pt program at a different facility but it is for my calf and not anything else. So this is very helpful information, I need a bigger ball to roll my foot on. Those stretches are new to me and demonstrated very well. I really appreciate it! Great job, Thanks Elisabet & Kyle! (Hi Bob and Brad!❤)
This is better than the patient education I received from the two PT I have gone to. They only liked talking about social things. Was not for me not asking! Here for education that I guess my money isn't buying.
I’ve developed this condition in the past when my shoes were too flat or hard, but have kept it at bay with good soft soled shoes like Clark’s and Skechers.
These are a little bit different than what I've been doing, though I've been doing variations of all of that for months. By the time I was able to see a podiatrist it felt like I was stepping on razer blades. He gave me a cortisone shot and the razer blades immediately stopped, though a lot of pain is still there. Now I can lean onto the massage and stretches better with the pain at least dimmed. I'm already looking forward to the next shot. That cortisone shot hurt quite a bit. But that pain was nothing compared to what my foot felt like before. 🦶
Cute therapist, yes the girl. Work on my feet 40 hours at 45 and 245#. Insoles for this are amazing. Also change them every 3 months and work shoes every 6, bartender life but it helps.
I wish you guys would do a video on a different problem with our feet. I have supposed pinched nerve between my little toe and next toe. Saw a podiatrist and he just said wear round toe shoes. Their must be something else I can do? The pain sometimes is horrible. Flip flops are great but I need a real solution.
What is the advice for just walking around the house with Plantar Fasciitis? Some seem to say do it in stocking feet to stop the arch muscles from weakening. Others say support the arch with the same inserts you would from sports and outdoors. What do you think?
Plantar Fasciitis Morning Routine- do before you get out of bed.- first thing every morning -1 deep massage with fist on bottom of foot. 2 big toe stretch 3. acitive ankle pop 4) roll tennis ball
Do you have any tip on how to fight toes contractions. I have to mention that I have been involved in a serious accident that resulted with a severe Craniocerebral Trauma, and after the surgery needed I got a left hemiplegia, and after a long time of working on my rehabilitation, I got to a moment of being really independent, I got employed and I started again to walk a lot and faster and given it the toes of my left foot started to contract at every equilibrium variation, and I am looking for a way to work on it to make it stop happening, because it is really disturbing. Could you please help me with some directions?
Thanks for reaching out. Unfortunately, we cannot answer individual medical questions online due to everyone’s situations and bodies being unique. We try to provide general health and wellness information to our viewers, however anything beyond that, we would have to suggest you consult a professional in your area.
@@BobandBrad thanks. I tried to consult professionals here. But everybody seems to act like it is normal to happen, and that I have to be thankful that it doesn't affect my equilibrium. This answers don't really help me, feeling this issue very disturbing, so I tried my chance and I asked you too. Thank you so much for your professionalism!
I had this problem too. I moved my alarm clock close to my bed so I can hit snooze and then do these exercises before getting up. It seems to be helping!
We don’t need “students”…they get taught the basics, and talk about “what they have heard/taught” ….but they don’t have enough clinical experience to know what really works.

I developed a very effective treatment plan for PF. I had 80% improvements in 6 to 8 visits.
That's great!
Great job! These students are wonderful. They should work in yalls clinic after graduating! 🎉🙏
We shall see!
4:42 that exercise looks helpful, a question abt that… do u just relax the small toes or press them onto the floor? Thanks😊
I found cutting out all sugar and carbs which in turn reduced inflammation made this no longer an issue for me.
