Although I used to watch Beyblade on Cartoon Network I never had the actual toys. Instead, i’d bring my Ninjago spinners to class and have Spinjitsu battles.
Bro good times Man, i was friends with a Beyblade Merchant and he was also the organizer of these beyblade fights, so other than being part of the system who started the battles, i always had one of his beyblades on my arsenal when going to a fight
Oh and he also gave me ALL of his Bakugan balls and cards one day because he wasnt using them anymore, including almost ALL of the dragonoid evolutions, i think i still have that box. What a cool Guy man
When I was a kid(15 years ago) my brother asked my dad to buy lots of beyblades. They were 1.5 Turkish Liras back than. And we sold most of them for 3 Turkish Liras at our street to other kids. They were metal and if you wanted to buy those you had to go a little bit away from our neighborhood and our parents wasn't allowing that for us. We are living at Anatolia side of Istanbul but my father used to work at Europe side of Istanbul so he was able to buy more stuff with cheaper prices. Man good (g)old days.
Good lord I'm getting old. We had bayblades in my middle school, but around 09 for me, I was in highschool and that was all Yugioh.

I forget to watch this one but hear me out, Not only Monster High and MLP was my sh!t but beyblades were one of the golden eras for us
Not only Im the only one girl in my class (that time when I was really boyish), But Im one of the members what we call our own mafia in my school
Great Memory, even if one f-ck snitched on us but we've proven them wrong so we just continued sborting on them until the end of the elementary years

Honestly..sheesh i found beyblade annoying because school kids constantly repeating the music over and over again. They let the toy rip so hard anime style that by the object clashing against there opponents beyblade hit my eyes...even almost breaking my glasses. The confiscation of these death traps were so much in my school..a teacher one time that knew I was passing tried to offer me alot of these things.. 4-5 kids were on my back asking me to trade to the point I didn't care about these as I tried to so I just gave them away..
Im not even that strong to rip that thing so hard that it acted like a bullet, holt crap.
