Well today was a learning day, opaque colour to back fluro 👍

The day I found out about it was a revelation. Just means you don't get the "Hot Spots" or washed out looking Fluro, as it's difficult to spray everywhere consistently.
You do lose a little bit of ultimate brightness, but it's a much richer Fluro colour.

    Too late to the party!
I've just done a Mini in Cosmic Green.... Backed in white!!!
    It's all in the knowledge!!
    Thanks for the education Chris.

If your mini racing is like our mini racing, you'll have the opportunity again soon!

Is it a case of backing any Fluor/iridescent paint with a close opaque colour?

Yeah, so back Fluro Yellow with Opaque Yellow etc etc. You'll lose a little bit of the overall brightness, but it's a much richer, more consistent colour.

Iridescent is a little different, as you can manipulate the finish, depending on backing colour.
