I love the set, the music and the flowers. It reminded me of "It's a Small World" but with a twist of higher art. my favs: 7:27 the red flowing light dress w drop waist 8:04 the ethereal black 8:37 i love the lines and the flow 11:37 grey flowers w the low heel and pants so crisp
KL was a master at accessorizing every one of his collections he throws in these nods to fashion’s past with a hat scarves or belts. Love his way of recirculating the past with a twist. RIP you will be missed!
they showed a lovely romantic fashion show with new style and beautiful fabrics...the boots are very simple and very save for the models to walk in, a great idea for the Show, have not seen it this summer on streets. Keep on like this Mr. Lagerfeld, so terrific looks
I would like to congratulate the Chanel crew on a job very well done. I don't watch shows generally, but the circular catwalk with the center prop (would love to know how that worked), showed off the collection with plenty of charm. The classic look of the atrium was a nice touch too. And the Clothes! I liked the plain boot on all the models. Great camerawork showing textures & details. Stellar production.

Queen R yeah its innovative and young, but i just think it's a little too young to be couture. and the youthfulness doesn't actually scream chanel. how old do you think these couture clients would be? of course the clothes are sent to younger celebs to promote the brand, but the clients rather more elegant (and aged) to show their belly buttons in public. i'm just disappointed because i know karl can do more sophisticated pieces of work (look @ his couture collections for chanel from 2009~ 2013 you'll know what i'm talking about).

Well, Carl certainly is a creative genius! I love the creativity with the props, the gorgeous fabrics, and the combination with the layering and placement of the clothing and accessories to be worn on different occasions. Yes, these fashions would not suit everyone, as these models are tall, very thin and elegant, however the market for these exquisite creations would be wealthy clientele, and they have the occasion to wear them, and they could be made to measure, I am sure! Carl has created an entire experience, and I would love to own one of these pieces, which one, well that would take some consideration. The fabrics are just...well, exquisite!

Then the signature Chanel look emerges in black and white ensembles with glorious results. Ice cream pastel colored tweeds are beautiful. Some looks are very editorial while others are supremely accessible and wearable. Several of the evening gowns were beyond description in there brilliance and loveliness. Overall a wonderful collection topped off by THE wedding dress for this Spring. It is nice to see Chanel at the top of its game Bravo to Monsieur Lagerfeld.
These styles look very similar to what I wore in High School during the 1960's... I used to sew Vogue Patterns that looked so much like these... Beautiful! Don't we all love Chanel?
I love hats but for some reason I feel the hats are a distraction otherwise I like the freshness of it all. the light airy type of feel is refreshing. well done

It may not be the most iconic Karl-for-Chanel show of all time, but it's definitely a presentation of wearable looks that are all wholly consistent with the elegance that defines the brand. So many of the mainstays are incorporated here...

interesting collection! its like a hybrid of all of the chanel spring collections from the last couple of years. he did the belt for spring HC 2011. the similar shoe for RTW spring 2014. and the hats from spring RTW 2010
