Wholemeal macaroni with ricotta and walnuts is a very tasty first course and very quick to make. Instead of wholemeal macaroni you can use any other type of pasta you prefer. Easy, fast and cheap! With a few simple ingredients and in a very short time you will prepare an amazing and nutritious meal.
Ingredients:
- 250 g (9 oz) of pasta (wholemeal macaroni)
- 2 spring onions
- 200 g (7 oz) of ricotta
- Parmesan to taste
- A generous handful of nuts
- Salt, pepper, nutmeg
- Olive oil

In this video I propose my version of the famous "Cacio e pepe" pasta! This delicious and creamy first course is perfect for lunch or dinner. Anyone can cook it! Just follow my video carefully. I used linguine for this recipe but you can use any type of pasta you prefer. I really like this creamy pasta with an amazing flavor and I prepare it very often. My family finishes it in no time! :) I highly recommend you try my version of Cacio e pepe and let me know in the comments what you think! It is always important to cook with love!

- 60 g of parmesan
- 80 g of mature pecorino cheese (you can replace it with parmesan)
- 1 clove of garlic
- Black pepper
- 250 g of pasta (linguine)
- Salt
