Best Racecar Driver we've seen. Constantly racing is Kyle Larson. Other NASCAR drivers are on break and he's racing. Wins Cup races, has a cup championship, wins tons of dirt races, and can adapt to an Indycar and led laps. Now that's a racecar driver.
Larson is definitely up there as one of the greatest race car drivers of all time.

The one thing nobody in those pits wants to see, is a confident Larson. When he's confident, feeling good, and the momentum is rolling, that's going to be tough to beat come Saturday.
Larson is always going to be confident. I think that's true for most of your top runners. Larson's edge is that he can stay on the gas just a tad longer while controlling the car. It's just driver skill. But he can be beat. He's been beaten in the past. If he loses, it won't be the first or last time.

Just put Larson in the back of every nascar race and watch him mow down the field. The only driver on the planet that can consistently drive through the field. But yeah watching him on dirt is a sight to behold.

You're watching something that will never be done again. When you think about how he's running in nascar with what he does almost every time he sets in a sprint car, even a late model its unreal. Its never been done before & ive been around racing for 50+ years & it'll never be done again

It almost seems like he’s had too much luck in his prelim. Drew the highest pill for qualifying, got the easiest heat race, then finally got around Abreu after Abreu got blocked by a lapper. I think the finish would have been a lot closer if Abreu didn’t go high.
Larson is running on skill. Maybe he will have bad luck. But to call his wins lucky is laughable.

I am Not saying this guy can not drive, because that is totally false. It’s be honest here with ourselves. No ONE will ever make me believe anything different that Larson performances of winning 98% to 95% of world of outlaw sprint car races he races in, is not the cause of unlimited of Money that is poured into his sprint cars and motors. He is probably putting down 5 to 20 horsepower more than some of these top contenders that run the series week after week. Mite not sound like hell of bunch, but trust me it can make a good driver cover up lot of mistakes and put him in first place finishes all of time….. Remember 💵Money buys best of best in racing and gets you top speeds and good finishes above your competitors…..
It be really interesting to see if he wins the Nationals again this year. I am not counting him out.
There is little difference in these motors. They are all running the same blocks, heads, injection systems. Really, what does Larson have in his motor that costs so much that the others can't afford it?
Paul Silva is the owner and builder of the 57 car. He is an extremely smart guy when it comes to sprint cars. He does not have unlimited resources to spend! Do you see any big name sponsorship on his car? You could put any other driver in that car and they wouldn't win like Kyle does. Kyle is on another level when it comes to driving a race car!
