Timber. Tree cutting, transport with horses and traditional use | Documentary film

The #forests of the Sierra de #Albarracín, in the province of #Teruel, have provided large amounts of #wood for years. Numerous #trees are uprooted by natural causes. The rains, the snows and the winds cause the fall of the weakest and most vulnerable. Workers called "shooters" remove these branches and fallen pines to contribute to the #regeneration of the forest. In 2001 we collected its #industrial use, which includes various operations: felling the trees, carving the pieces, taking it to the stacking yards or warehouses and, finally, transporting it to the place of transformation. #Documentary film
