All of the labels (alpha, beta, simp.. )and new rules (don't be too nice, feign disinterest...) for dating/relationships have created many of the problems that both sexes are experiencing in this era, as opposed to 70 years ago when people were just "themselves". Of course ideology and standards of conduct are quite different from what they were 70+ years ago.
I have found that the most important thing is forming a connection. I have gotten attention from women by either making them laugh or having a good conversation.

I really like and respect all of the feed back from this channel. I too believe that personal growth is essential to a happy life, both in and outside of a relationship. I am far from perfect and don't aim to ever be perfect. That's impossible, but I am learning a lot from this channel and all of the positive comment feed back. Going through a very painful breakup at the moment and have now seen new ways to deal with the present, as well as the future, for how to handle and see certain situations.
