From what I can tell after playing a while is that all exp comes from doing challenges, there are so e heist related ones but it looks like challenges are the main exp source
So we don't have only the worst Launch in this whole year, we also got the Worst Leveling System of all Time. Starbreeze is really hunting that all Time low with this piece of Crap
I'm glad I decided to check before deciding to get the game. The skills and perk deck in PD2 pretty much make the game for me. And this skill system + leveling system doesn't look fun at all. Oh well, i'll keep an eye on if they ever update the game to change it like they did in PD2. Thank you for making this video, I was having a hard time finding any vids on the skill system.
Yea the exp system gotta be one if the worst ive ever seen. I did fuck up tho sayin you get exp from heists tho, there are heist challenges you can unlock by doing each heist a certain amount of times but you get nothing for just playing through a heist. Doesnt make sense that in a game about heisting, you dont get any rewards for heisting lol.
Basically use skills in that tree to get exp and unlock more skills. Its kinda like perk decks from PD2. Dont really like the skill system in this game though
21 skill points at 100 then stops, 100-150 is cosmetics
