The 2 hour tutorial is live on Patreon.
My Patreon videos contain a mixture of full projects from start to finish, focus videos such as this on drawing a specific fur type etc and bonus videos covering aspects such as backgrounds. Each video contains lots of real time clips and are between 1-3 hours long (sometimes longer). If you think my Patreon channel may be of interest here is the link :)

This is the color of eyes that a cat painting has, that 8 am working on...I needed this ..exactly the same color... Thank You 🙏
this is amazing! You're very talented and gave me some new insight! Thank you!!
@susanKochenberger thank you. So pleased it was helpful 😊
I love your no nonsense voice over technique, you are excellent at defining techniques, "fur direction defines the anatomy and bone structure underneath " is a game changer! Thank you
Thank you so much for such lovely feedback
This was incredibly detailed in your words as well as the eye. I find you incredible and I watch many, many hours of painting videos
Thank you so much =)
Wow, this is gorgeous. I work with a few different mediums but acrylics has always been on my list to get better at. I don't know why they just seam to intimidate me.
Thank you =). I love acrylics and once the faster drying time is something were used to (which I think is a huge bonus) they're a joy to work with. You can layer endlessly. You dont have to worry about filling the tooth of the paper and not being able to layer on top. As long as the layer is dry you can adjust and add anything to it. Lovely, versatile medium ☺️
Wow! Fantastic! Your tutorial is easy to understand and informative. Thank you. I have only been painting six months and this was very helpful. From Melbourne Australia 🦘
Thank you so much thats really kind ❤.
Oh dude, the attention to detail! So good
Congratulations on launching your new tier! Lovely and informative as always!
Thank you so much ❤
Really beautiful work! So glad I found your videos, extremely helpful!
Thank you so much. I'm so pleased to hear that ❤
So helpful, thank you! I was wondering how best to blend fur in acrylics and the tip re: having two brushes is brilliant! :)
Glad it was helpful =). Using 2 brushes is my favourite way of blending fur in acrylics. It can create some lovely effects
Wonderful painting.
Thank you so much =)

This is beautiful!!! 🤩🤩May i please know what color you used for the fur ??
Thank you =). There were a few colours. The full list is on Patreon but there was burnt umber, raw sienna, Mars black and unbleached titanium white I believe. I didnt focus as much on the fur as I wanted to keep focus more on the eye.
@@zaratomsart Thank you so much!!! I so happen to be painting a cat with same exact eye color and fur coat so this is extremely helpful 🤍🤍
@@elizabethmd5598 my pleasure =)
I didn't like the slow drying, fumes &- messy cleanup with oils. I am a fan of acrylics too. Layering was the key.
Zara Tindall?
What colors did you use?
The full material list and cokours are given on the Patreon tutorials but this really did require a mixture. It's more where the greens were on the blue end of the colour wheel vs yellow. If it was a cooler green I added a ultra marine or cobalt blue and if it was a yellower green I added a cadmium deep yellow.
I love your video
So beautiful
