@@うずまきメリッサ hey I'm honored that Mel Uzumaki came early to one of my videos too! I really appreciate that, and I'm sure you'll build your bridges back stronger than they were before!
Well, this is definitely way better than the other tutorials I've seen I remember seeing one where the first step was the walk down a wall thing. Scary stuff
Haha the real "trick" I think is spending a lot of time on regular bridges. Be able to do them breathing smoothly throughout and with your limbs almost fully extended. Then the wall ones come a lot more easily.
Dude, I have been binge watching your videos. Your one liners rock. I've been taking notes. I am diabetic about 260 pounds and my goal is 225. I started out at 310 pounds just this past Feb 2, 2021. My A1C was 14.8 and I was scheduled for a medical procedure. The dr to do the procedure called me up and went over everything to be done. Then she looked at my pre-procedure test result and told me that they could put me in a coma from the anesthesia. That and a few other thing she asked and told me scared me and I cut all soda (4-6 large cokes from Mc.sh!÷÷ers because it was cheaper than a liter of water) breads sweets of every kind fast food and potato products. I exercised everyday for a solid month and watched the weight fall off and my strength increase. I lost motivation after the month and have started working out again. This time I am taking it slower 3-4 days a week. I ha e learned some variations of some of the exercises watching your short videos here on youtube. Thanks for your time to make the videos. I again found them informative and funny. Have a great evening.
Hello, I love your videos! I know you’re not asking for a form check, but I wanted to give you some tips as someone who does gymnastics; when going down into the bridge, always start with your hands above your head 1. So you don't land on your head 2. It looks better 3. There is no three. One other thing to work on is not letting your feet go crooked or let your knees bend too far forward. This tip is mainly for aesthetic reasons and will make your bridge look much cleaner. Thank you for putting out such quality tutorials!
I love your way of explaining exercises...you don't push the idea of more weight or more resistance straight away..you always start with focusing on simple yet effective..then progress it accordingly
A tip I got that really helped me getting the backward bridge was to make a diamond with your fingers, and move it backwards over your head. Always watched the diamond and you bend back safely into the bridge, and it's less scary because your focus on your hands so you feel less like you're falling backwards. Great progression video! 😁
Putting aside the fact that I wouldn't be able to do anything featured in this vid I must say that you are one of the most endearing creatures I've ever seen 😅
How do you make a 1 minute tutorial video so informative (on what to do) and fun at the same time? I'm still working on the normal bridges quq! Can't do much yet though-

This man suddenly showing up in my RUclips recommendations must be a divine sign lol. Seriously tho if you're fit before and suddenly changed to being unfit you'll get sick a lot; I can vouch for this Idk why though.
Love this tut and your positive attitude, bro! I've been doing bridges and wall-walking bridges for a several months, gotta try stand to stand as soon as weather will be better ^^
Thanx so much for the content. Between the routine and the stretching I feel that is the simple long term work out to be strong, healthy, capable, and feeling nice with my sport performance.
this looks so fun! still slowly working on getting regular bridges, but seeing this motivates me to keep at it so i can one day do cool stuff like this too 😊
I was in gymnastics as a small child. Ages 3 to 11. That was almost 25yrs ago. And I can still do this back bend and the splits. The back bend got a little more difficult after being pregnant and giving birth, lol, but if I stretch enough, I can still do it. Learning how to do these things with your body at a very young age will stay with you as an adult. As long as you practice and stretch here and there. ❤
I can now do 3x50 doorway pullups and ordered a bar and rings today. I can also do 2x10 incline pushups, 2x10 deep squats, 2x10 deadbugs (adapted leg lifts for back, PT approved) and 50x3 short bridges. Yesterday I slowly jogged 5 miles, and I can do 3 in 45 minutes without atopping. I'm on my way, my friend, and thank you. 💜 p.s. I lost 90lbs in 2019 and maintained it in 2020 which I am well proud of. Now losing again, maybe 70 to go to goal weight, we'll see when we get there! I am excited to be lean and strong and healthy and feel GOOD.

Good speed makes most of your time, loads of pragmatic tips, educational and entertaining. Problem? How to do my bridge cause my hands lack the strength... Body bends but hands give up.
