I was JUST struggling with that over the last few days and like you I would go back and forth between the new designer and classic to try and get it to appear magically. Using compose is a great work around solution that I didn't think of - thanks! I've also resorted to coding down to the bare metal and adding it directly as an expression items('Apply_to_each') aside - does anyone actually like the new designer? Not a fan and glad they have the ability still to switch back to classic
@@AlirezaAliabadi I think that's very true... at first it was forced on us, then you had to hunt to go back to the classic, now there's a slider selector to toggle. It's like whack-a-mole. I'll get used to it eventually I'm sure but still, old habits are hard to break.
Thanks a lot, i got shocked today after looking my previous complex flows, I have three questions, 1. Is there any way to set the default to Classic designer? 2. Is there any plans from microsoft to deprecate the classic designer which is developer friendly? 3. How to do copy to my clipboard in new designer?
You may have noticed this that just this week a slider toggle appeared and allows you to choose it by flow, but I'm sure Microsoft will change that on a whim, too
I swear power automate is one of the shtist and worstly developed apps to ever exist, fkn app is a cluster fk mess of nothing working or not making sense.
I agree 100%. The backbone of Power Automate (BizTalk Server) is a piece of art. The shit part is when they tried to put a UI on it and make it available to the citizen developers and sell subscription on cloud. Keep that in mind, that at the end of the day the product should seduce VPs, CEOs and CIOs with flashy UI and demo to sign the budget. Microsoft doesn't really care that much about every day developers.
@@AlirezaAliabadi that makes sense, yeah I come from a developer background and I find it confusing at times to solve certain problems. Sometimes I have the solution in my head in another programming language but have issues trying to replicate it here. But your video and comment are good insights to help out on this. Thanks!
Thank you! Cloud Flow Designer is proving to be challenging, so appreciate the help as always!

In the end one who knows expressions and code wins. I like the new designer. My problem with that is that Microsoft released it before it is ready.

Nice solution, sir! I like your teaching style.
Thanks for quick and crisp video
