This project took me two and a half years to complete. It is 6 feet wide and 23 feet long. First and foremost I have to thank all of donors who made this build possible. Your contributions allowed to me make this dream a reality. Due to circumstances surrounding the completion of this build, you will all be commemorated in separate video. I secondly want to thank everyone who helped finish this build at the very end. My original plan was to finish this build in my home, record all the necessary videos, take photos, then finally display it at the Brick Rodeo LEGO convention. Unfortunately, the build did not reach completion until the very last day of the Lego convention. As such, I only had one day to enjoy this MOC at full completion. I had tons of help from a lot of great friends who I am forever indebted to because of their kindness and support.
This project depicts almost every single scene from Starkiller Base in the Force Awakens. This was a project I knew I wanted to do, the moment I saw the Force Awakens in theaters. This was a unique project, in that it incorporates a large assembly of minifigures, tons of fully lit interior rooms, mountains, large snowscapes, and a forest, all in one build. I was tasked to design so many different types structures for this build, and I hope the effort shows through this final video.

Really can't be overstated how amazing Starkiller is. Not only because it's massive, but every section could really stand alone as its own MOC. So incredibly detailed, the video and photos don't do it justice. I wish everyone could have seen it in person! What a huge accomplishment, Jhae -- congrats!
That's exactly what I was thinking! Even just the assembly/ceremony hall in the very beginning would be a remarkable feat in it's own right and vastly better than anything I could make.

This build is absolutely amazing the attention to detail and the refusal to skimp out on anything is incredible. The references and jokes are amazing and this build really helped me fall in love with the the force awakens and (the good stuff of) the last Jedi again can’t wait to play through stuff like this in lego Star Wars the skywalker saga thanks for making this 👍
How on earth do you even plan something like this, let alone execute it so well. This is genuinely one of the most impressive things I've seen!

I love that you included Minikits all over the place, it reminded me of LEGO: Star Wars, and how much I loved those games. This build was beautiful! I've never seen anyone do something so incredible with Legos before, great job!

9:35 there is a minikit on the wall roof near the command tower. 11:48 there is a lego game minikit collectible. under the small control tower. there's also one at 12:22 on the roof of the large building. 13:52 there's one in the jail. 14:41 another in the lower-left area. 15:44 behind the ring in the hologram room.

I know I may be abit late, but this is the best moc I have ever seen, the largest I’ve seen. I have to give you huge props, I can’t imagine the pain and time that goes through to make something like that. Bravo 🙌

This is not only the worlds largest - it´s also the geniunely best executed and (humorously) detailled Star Wars Build. Amazingly EPIC 👏👏👏
Actually, the largest LEGO Star Wars build is still the life-sized X-Wing Fighter that was made around a decade or so ago. However, this MOC has replaced the also impressive Battle on Endor's Moon MOC as the second largest LEGO Star Wars MOC ever.
@@sniperchess what? lol it is all made from normal size Lego, it was made to imitate the normal size x wing that's why it looks like it was made from giant lego pieces.
I would never stop watching it but unfortunately I have to find the time to make my videos too😉

I absolutely adore the passion put in this MOC. I am not a massive fan of the sequels but holy smokes the builder perfectly understood how to make it look interesting perfectly combining LEGO and Star Wars perks. Love the little easter eggs such as the minikits. Love it.
Imagine how much Lego would charge for this as a boxed set

@1betterthanyou1 Technically, spending a lot of one’s hard earned money on this kind of hobby is dedication. Plus, if he is earning enough to afford all of this as a hobby, then time is probably just as valuable. So he is giving that valuable time and money, which does mean that he is dedicated.

Jhae, where to even start, no words will do justice for this absolutely phenomenal creation. The amount of dedication and hard work that went into this MOC is truly insane.
Every little detail on such enormous scale is breathtaking. Each section is packed with amazing scenes, references and easter eggs from The Force Awakens, Star Wars, Battlefront II, LEGO and our community which gathered on your Channel. The lighting here deserves it's own reward, the way you created so many beautifully lighted places each with theirs unique atmosphere is beyond amazing. Minifigures placement is so well made, love all the poses. The color choices are fantastic, dark red tubes truly stands out and the snow covering all parts of the exterior MOC is a great touch. The fact that you designed all by yourself every wall, turret, corridor and the smallest corner of the room speaks by itself how talented builder you are. Probably my longest comment ever, but I had to truly appreciate your insane work ^^
The series was such enjoyable experience and the final result is outstanding. The Starkiller Base is perfectly captured, each scene is amazingly recreated and entire creation could be a real film set. Easily the BEST LEGO creation ever made.

Wow, this MOC is absolutely beautiful and ridiculous! It completely blew my mind. I could look at it for hours. The detail is just amazing! Incredible and fantastic! Their should be some awards attached to this build. The time, patience, skill, money and effort it took to get this done is unbelievable. This needs to be saved and featured for all the fans to be able to visit and see!

I had a sudden wave of nostalgia for the sequels recently so I'm gonna buy all the sets and I really appreciate this moc
I have been following and looking at MOCs since 2014. I have seen Star Wars MOCs from RUclipsrs with less than 100 subscribers, to RUclipsrs with hundreds of thousands of subscribers. I have never before seen a MOC creator put so much time, effort, and determination as you have into Starkiller Base. I can feel everything you went through just looking at any part of the build. Nobody puts small details like you do, and I think that is what makes a MOC special to the creator and to the viewer. You inspire people like me to do what you do, and find the joy in building. Thank you for sharing the experience and the build with everybody!
I'm glad that someone atleast enjoyed something this much from the sequels. But really incredible build absolutely worth the time. I hope someday this man can lay this all out on a table in his home that will rise up from the ground with the empire theme playing.

Absolutely the best large scale MOC this community has ever seen. I have so much respect for you being able to finish this thing and not only that but take it to a convention. Stunning details, enormous scale, and humor really add up. Outstanding job
This is all so unbelievable awesome. As a casual Lego Builder, who follows instruction manuals from retail sets, i can not imagine, how much planning, work and even logistics put into such a enormous MOC. In short, Jhae must be use magic.
I also love how he put little minikits from the classic LEGO Star Wars, it just adds that extra little touch that makes it special

I have difficulty building just small mocs due to my lack of overall resources, space, skill and patience. I'm in awe of the sheer dedication this required , let alone the technical skill to bring everything together so well. This build demands respect and it sucks not being able to see it in person as is it in a league of its own. Go ahead and flex, you deserve to king 👑.

Amazing! I love all the different Easter eggs, like clone troopers and imperial troopers scattered everywhere, the minikits, Homer Simpson and other characters that don’t belong, etc. Overall, 10/10, amazing build, great job!

Something that wasn’t mentioned in this video was the snow, the way you made it flush with the net pieces. It really gives a nice vibe, definitely better than if it were just flat tiles. Incredible.

That truly is a work of art!! Amazing build.... Watched it and enjoyed it since the first episode. You truly are the MASTER!!! This MOC should be purchased by Disney and kept on Display somewhere FOREVER!!!! Gutted that we didn't get any more updates as would have been nice to see the Osilator Buildings interior being made, but appreciate the time restraints to get it ready for the convention. No corners cut. Massive hats off to you boyo. Keep up the good work and looking forward to your next MOC.

The Force Awakens is one of my favorite Star Wars films. Specifically the First Order and Starkiller Base. You’ve completely blown me away with your level of detail and artistry. This is incredible and awe inspiring!
