Welcome to Secret Life SMP, a successor the Last Life SMP! Each player has 3 lives and 30 hearts per life. When a player reaches their final and last life, their RED life, they become HOSTILE to other players.
This time there's a secret twist, every week the Secret Keeper randomly assigns players a secret task to complete with the potential for BIG rewards!

The secret task really said: "I'm gonna give Lizzie a task she already loves doing."
At this point it really feels like these tasks are deliberately chosen for them instead of being randomly chosen.

@@MrInternetHermitI’m pretty sure it is, also most of the events with other players are scripted or already planned off screen. Despite the obvious scripting, it’s still nice to watch though!
@@-midnightwolf-I'm pretty sure it's only semi-scripted. I forget who (probably Grian), but last week someone had one of the "do something with/for/to {other player}" type tasks and they mentioned that the task is written so it randomly chooses one of the other players as the target. Gem and Bdubs have both gotten "You pressed success last week but actually failed, reroll for a hard task", so it's probable that most initial tasks are player-specific (even if they have randomly chosen targets). We don't have a large enough sample size to prove, but I'm guessing there's a pool of hard tasks that anybody might get when they press the button.

It's also a bit like last episode's task where it's so in character that nobody questions it.

Lizzie and Scott completing their tasks together way so funny to watch.
Lizzie’s task was to connect everyone’s bases while Scott’s was to guess somebody’s task and help them complete it.

Actually Scott's was to figure out someone's task and COMPLETE it himself, in this case however you only really need one path so it was an easy success for Scott.

Task idea: Have interactions with at least 3 people where you act completely out of character. If someone points it out, you have to find someone new.

For Lizzie specifically, I really wouldn't be sure how she would have to act... She's such a wildcard, that any strange or even strangely normal behavior would seem "in character" to me.
I guess pretending to be a confident, non-sarcastic redstone genius would be quite the change.

for rare circumstances.
She kind of did that with a different task and it doesn't work out for her to act out of character lol

Task Ideas:
Be completely out of character for the whole session until someone else calls you out
Convince another player to let you hit them
Give 5 different people completely random items without saying anything

Hard Task: Use a dispenser to equip a helmet on someone without them noticing, then ask why they have a helmet on in a Life series.
I'd be even crazier if the helmet had to have curse of binding but that might be against the rules since then they can't take it off
I personally love this series I think it is such a cool way to see how good people can do things without other people finding out. Lizzie always knows how to keep her videos fun and not boring! ❤

Hard Task Suggestion: Prevent a red from killing their target for the entire session, they may kill you but only in the exact same way as their current target, if you are the target you may kill the red but only in a similar manner as they intend to kill you, failure upon your death, their current target’s death or failure to comply to kill the red in a similar manner.
Reds don't necessarily have to kill to succeed tho,
According to Grian's video the tasks only care about dealing damage to other players.
